The team from Hamburg 13 combines many years of experience in project management, project management, architecture and sales. Different perspectives and shared values form the basis for our work.

Sven Ole Koch

Founder and Managing Director

With more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment management, Sven Ole Koch has developed and supervised numerous projects. His expertise includes setting up and managing real estate companies as well as the strategic management of complex project developments. With the founding of Hamburg 13, he has brought this experience together in one location that stands for high-quality real estate and sophisticated project work.

Carl Prien

Founder and Partner

The trained shipping agent founded the photo studio brand studioline in 2003 and developed it into a nationwide company with around 90 locations today. Since selling his majority stake in 2017, he has focused on developing exclusive real estate projects as the head of Vermeer Premium Real Estate. Together with his partners Azur in Switzerland, Sylter Kliff and Hamburg 13, he oversees high-quality project developments in premium locations and contributes his extensive experience in building and strategically managing companies.

Maximilian Mogck

Managing Director Sales

Maximilian Mogck has many years of experience in the premium property market on Sylt and is very familiar with the expectations of discerning buyers. As a trained real estate agent and managing director of Mogck+Partner, he combines professional precision with a keen eye for detail and high-quality interior design. He is passionate about properties of exceptional quality, characterised by exclusive architecture, fine craftsmanship and a connection to the North German coastal landscape.
